Care that adapts to your life.
iN Counseling offers therapy, mental health coaching, and custom workshops designed to meet individuals and organizations with clarity, compassion, and flexibility.
Mental health support that fits into real life.
At iN Counseling, we believe therapy should be accessible, affirming, and responsive to the realities of your day. Whether you are navigating change, seeking short-term guidance, or looking to bring mental health awareness to your workplace, our approach is flexible, thoughtful, and rooted in real world care. From personal therapy to customized workshops, we create space for people and teams to reconnect with their well-being without waiting for crisis to hit.
Getting support should feel doable. iN Counseling is currently paneled with Carelon, Optum, and Medicare, which can help lower out of pocket costs for many clients. We also aim to make getting started straightforward and supportive, whether you plan to use insurance or choose another payment option.

What Our
Community Is Saying
Our organization brought iN Counseling in for a mental health workshop, and it was powerful. The session felt grounded, practical, and genuinely helpful for our team. People walked away with tools they could actually use and we’re still talking about what we learned weeks later.
Jordan L.
I’ve worked with other providers in the past, but this is the first time I’ve actually felt like the care was built around me, not the other way around. They met me where I was, and never made me feel like I had to perform healing on a timeline
Alejandra M.
I came in burnt out and anxious. What I’ve learned through coaching here has shifted how I care for myself and how I show up for my team. I didn’t expect this to have such a lasting impact, but it truly has both professionally and personally.
DeShawn P.
I’ve never felt rushed. Every session feels like there’s actually space to breathe, talk, and figure things out at my own pace. It’s rare to feel truly listened to and that’s exactly what I’ve experienced here.
Maya T.
The workshop helped us open up conversations we’d been avoiding. It wasn’t surface-level – it really resonated. The facilitators brought both expertise and empathy, and created an environment where people felt safe being real.
Kevin D.
I wasn’t sure if I needed therapy or just a space to think things through, but what I found here was both. Every session gave me room to breathe and be honest without feeling like I had to explain everything. It’s helped me move forward with more clarity.

Frequently Asked Questions
What’s the difference between therapy and mental health coaching?
Therapy and coaching are both forms of meaningful support, but they focus on different goals. Therapy is designed to help you process emotions, navigate past or ongoing challenges, and address mental health conditions. Coaching is more present and future focused, offering guidance to help you build skills, set goals, and move forward with clarity. Both are led by trained professionals and if you’re unsure which path is right for you, we’ll help you explore your options.
Do you accept insurance?
We are currently a private pay practice. Many clients use their out-of-network benefits or pay directly. If you’re not sure what your insurance covers, we can walk you through how to find out and provide a superbill for reimbursement.
I am currently paneled with Carelon, Optum, and Medicare, which means I am an in-network provider with these insurance companies.
Are sessions in-person or online?
All of our sessions are held online, using a secure video platform. This allows you to join from wherever you feel most comfortable no commute, no waiting rooms.
What ages do you work with?
We support adults, teens, and families. Whether you’re a parent navigating tough transitions, a young adult figuring things out, or someone looking to reset, we tailor our approach to meet you where you are.
What can I expect in the first session?
The first session is a chance to talk about what’s been on your mind and what kind of support you’re looking for. We’ll ask a few questions to get to know you, but there’s no pressure to have it all figured out. It’s a starting point and you set the pace.
